Nutty Chocolate Banana Protein Smoothie Recipe

A yummy chocolate smoothie loaded with protein. This is dessert to me!

Ingredients
1 Frozen diced banana
1 Tbs. Cocoa powder (optional for more chocolateness)
1 Tbs. Raw almond butter
2 C. Plain hemp milk (nut milk may also be used)
Raw honey (to taste)
1 Tbs. Chia seeds
A few cubes of ice, or crushed ice
Instructions
Add all ingredients to blender and puree for a minute until well blended.
Notes
Use organic ingredients when available to you.
I find that it usually blends better if I add the milk before the other ingredients.
